Pineapple Bundt Cake Recipe | Food Celebrations<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />3 Eggs<br />1 cup condensed milk<br />1/4 cup oil<br />1 tsp vanilla essence<br />1/4 tsp salt<br />1 cup Flour<br />3 tbsp cornflour<br />1 tsp baking powder<br />1/2 cup cream<br />2 tbsp castor sugar<br />1 can of pineapples<br />Cherries<br /><br />Method:<br />Grease a cake pan. Beat three eggs till fluffy. Add the remaining ingredients. When combined, pour into the greased pan and bake at 180°C/ 350°F for 30 – 35 minutes. Take a can of pineapples and pour its juice on the cake. Beat ½ cup cream and add castor sugar till the cream thickens. Decorate the cake with the cream, pineapples and cherries.<br />
